    – Affiliate Membership: $50.00

    – Large School 8-12 (+125) $225.00

    – Large School 9-12 (+110) $175.00

    – Small School 8-12 (-124) $200.00

    – Small School 9-12 (-109) $150.00

    – Middle School (Grade 8 only) $75.00
  53. Any fees over and above the deposit for Cross Country, Badminton and Track get sent to the host school at tournament time!
    – Cross Country: $3/athlete

    – Badminton: $3/athlete

    – Track & Field: $3/athlete
  55. This form and the applicable fees are due by
